the achievements I made and I'll regret, briefly, that I wasn't the
person I am now back then. Then I'll get back to gardening.

You mad fool. Vasectomies in the UK are quite cheap. Unlike here where
one has to pay 800 euros and they don't bother with anaesthetic. Ouch.
